We just got finished with a great concert at the North Ft. Meyers Church of the Nazarene and are heading to Lakeland, FL to sing tonight.
Nick and Jessica came down here to FL this weekend to visit and listen to new music for our upcoming album! We have all been writing songs and I know you are going to enjoy them!
We are only here in FL for a 2 more weeks so check our schedule page… we would love to see you at a concert before we head North!

We hope you all had a fun and safe 4th of July weekend. We took the weekend off from singing so we could spend time with family at the lake. Mom cooked up a storm for around 25 family and friends running in and out of the cabin!! We all played games, went tubing and skiing in the boat, and ate and ate and ate! We watched the fireworks from the boat and beach as they reminded us of our freedom as a nation and how thankful we are for that.

We have had a long wonderful trip to Wilkesboro, NC to sing for the Ebeneezer Children’s Home, Singing in the Foothills. We took the long way there through the Smokies, faithfully following that little box thats suppose to help us. It’s times like these I want to throw the GPS out the window into the deep winding ravines we are passing!!!
The concert goers numbered over 3,000 even in the 90 plus temps. We shared the stage with The Hoppers, Pfiefers, Gold City, and Michael Combs!
Spent Saturday with Jess and Nick, sang to a full house Sunday night in Carthage, made a stop in Nashville, and now are headed home as fast as we can go! Don’t need the GPS little box for that!!!

The Browns have just been booked for a 10 day tour in Southern Manitoba, Canada March 25th through April 3rd, 2011.

We parked in front of our Shipshewana “home” late Sunday night and proceeded to unload the bus and make ourselves “at home” for 2 weeks of shows, fellowship, Blue Gate food, and loads of fun! Shipshe is one of our favorite places. The Browns take in all the sights and sounds of this quaint Amish town…horses and buggies…all the Riegsecker stores…the Mercantile Center…the Flea Market…the antique stores…wonderful people…and lots of Mel’s Old fashioned Cream Pie!!!! We love being in the theater for 2 straight weeks. Opening shows for Sandi Patti was a treat again this year. She is the real deal and so sweet to work with. We had lots of visitors and had many fellowship meals at the Blue Gate Restaurant. Our two weeks closed with Friday and Saturday concerts at the City Conference Center with The Collingsworth Family and Ernie Haase Signature Sound. If you need a break and would like to get away to a quiet peaceful retreat with a chance to see a great show follow The Browns to “Sweet Home Shipshewana”
